Alexander Us is a co-founder of the studio, more than 800 studio projects in over 35 countries were made under his careful creative supervising.

Alexander has a 16 years’ successful experience as the creative producer. The projects, that he directed,earned multiple international awards and prizes. In 2022 Alexander successfully performed as a showdirector of the Fifa World Cup Closing ceremony.

Alexey Rozov is a co-founder of the studio and performs as an executive producer in studio’s key projects all over the world.

Alexey began his professional journey in 2000s. He had several successful startup businesses, which gave him a chance to launch one of a kind multimedia studio together with Alexander Us. Today Alexey is the CEO of Sila Sveta ME (studio’s branch in Middle East).

Ilya Balakin is the Head of the Creative Department of the studio. Within 14 years he curated most of the studios’ major projects. His career in Sila Sveta started with a concept artist position and in 12 years he made his way to the company’s partner.

Having a creative vision and show production knowledge allowed him to become one the most demanded specialists in the field.

Dmitry Napolnov created a separate studio branch that is focused on production of permanent museum exhibitions and immersive experiences.

Dmitry has an outstanding management skills with 20+ experience in creative direction, technical solutions and projects producing.

As a multi-disciplined creative director and multimedia producer, Boris has over 20 years of experience in the creative industry. As a co-founder and creative director of Pitch, a leading multimedia design and creative engineering company, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Sila Sveta’s museum department.

Throughout his career, Boris has blended his artistic and technical talents to produce groundbreaking multimedia projects.

Andrey has more than 20 years of experience in being an advisor and Board Member for several private banks and managing investment funds.

He is a mentor for ESADE BAN, GU's McDonough School of Business alumni ambassador, member of ESADE BAN, IESE BAN, CYBAN and ACA as well as an expert for Research Executive Agency of EC since 2017.

Alexey has 22 years of experience in the event industry and has been working at SILA SVETA for the last 3 years. He completed his master's degree at Harvard University, where he is finishing his thesis on sustainable development in the entertainment industry.

His portfolio includes organizing infrastructure for large-scale global events, including the 2014 Olympic Games and the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

As the General Producer of Sila Sveta, Olya fosters strong partnerships and orchestrates the execution of groundbreaking productions across the globe.

With a background in economic sociology, she brings a sharp understanding of audience behavior, market dynamics, and strategic communication. This allows her to navigate complex projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between creative teams and stakeholders.

Prior to joining Sila Sveta, she collaborated with influential creative studios and worked on high-profile projects spanning cultural institutions, luxury brands, and large-scale entertainment events.

Since joining Sila Sveta in 2013, Arthur has been at the forefront of many of the studio’s landmark projects. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Arthur has contributed to major global events, including the FIFA World Cup 2022 and AFC Asian Cup 2023. His portfolio also includes projects for luxury brands such as Lamborghini and Lexus, and high-profile product launches like Samsung Galaxy Unpacked.

Arthur is known for his openness to new ideas and innovation, always striving to push creative boundaries. His work at Sila Sveta offers a platform to turn bold ideas into reality.

With over 10 years of experience as a technical director, Mursal is a specialist in implementing multimedia shows and installations. For the past five years, he has led Sila Sveta’s technical department, overseeing the technical execution of some of the studio's most complex projects.

Mursal’s expertise extends to international product presentations, spatial design, club installations, and electronic music festivals. His portfolio includes collaborations with top-tier clients such as BMW, Lexus, and NASA Space Center, as well as multimedia installations for events like Outline and Signal.
