"Tutankhamun: In Search of Eternal Life" is a unique immersion into the Ancient Egypt world through digital technologies and multimedia solutions in an edutainment format. This exhibition is our second collaboration with Luminar art space. Before starting production, our team spent over a year researching the ancient civilization and enlisted a renowned Egyptologist to ensure historical accuracy in the content.

The exhibition recounts the history of Ancient Egypt and its emergence as a civilization, from the origins of writing to the symbolism of color. It showcases the tomb of Tutankhamun and a wealth of other landmarks, including the Pyramid of Giza and the Valley of the Kings. Special attention is given to the "Book of the Dead" and Tutankhamun's journey to the afterlife.

We began working on the show in 2020, commemorating the 100th anniversary of Howard Carter's discovery of the tomb. Since then, we have conducted a powerful graphic remaster specifically for the Luminar’s setup with four halls. The main narrative is presented in a large panoramic hall with a 360-degree projection on the walls and floor, as well as in a dome projection hall. For most of our simulations, we used Houdini to enhance the depth and intricacy of scenes.
The mirror room is filled with abstract content of hieroglyphs and ornaments featuring visual representations of Ancient Egypt’s codes. The final site, an LED tunnel, coincides in shape with the famous Tomb of Sennedjem and represents abstract content reflecting on the lives of Egyptians and the "Book of the Dead".
To ensure this remaster works perfectly, our art director and supervisor reviewed all the content using a VR headset. Moving around an exact virtual copy of the space, we carefully examined the result from different perspectives.
We expect the audience to gain an exciting experience, impressions, and educational background regardless of age. We also plan to expand the exhibition by adding a multisensory VR experience and a "Mummification Room", where visitors will learn about the mummification process using real and holographic objects. This exhibition is definitely something the whole world should see.
