‘VI Ocean’ is an immersive digital show at Luminar, an art space located at VDNH (Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy) in Moscow. It features five unique zones and four content delivery formats, offering a scientifically grounded narrative combined with stunning visuals. The show introduces viewers to the inhabitants of both tropical and cold ocean waters, including some creatures rarely seen in real life or even in traditional aquariums. Moreover, we've let our imagination dive into the mysteries of the sunken Titanic, the depths of the Mariana Trench, and even drawn parallels between the ocean's depths and outer space.

In this project, we've employed tried-and-true, flawless methods to present multimedia content:
Our show stands out for its high-quality graphics, engaging narrative, and innovative technologies, which resonate with the audience. It's worth highlighting that "VI Ocean" fits into the edutainment trend (education + entertainment), which we support and actively engage in. This project aims to popularize knowledge about the ocean and calls for the preservation of nature.

Technologies used in the project include:
"The viewer can always distinguish high-quality show from ordinary. In Luminar, we make a big bet on edutainment format, graphics, captivating script, and show technologies. We adhered to natural-scientific accuracy and with the help of digital technologies, we were able to look into remote corners of the planet where you cannot be physically. This show is aimed at popularizing the theme of the ocean and calls for the main thing – to take care of nature", – Alexander Us, Creative Director and Co-founder of SILA SVETA
AUVIX served as the lighting supplier for LUMINAR, outfitting this new multimedia art space with cutting-edge visual projection and sound technology. The project faced complex challenges, such as arranging projectors within the dome hall and preventing overheating. These were successfully overcome by deploying Barco F80-Q7 projectors with short-throw lenses and a creative installation approach, where the equipment was placed in specially designed recesses.
