Sila Sveta participated in the development and implementation of the multimedia presentation for unveiling the new BYD Tang in Beijing.
At the end of June, the team went to the capital of China at the invitation of CTV. The reason was the world premiere of the new BYD model at the summit of the brand. Thousands of spectators on the tennis court witnessed 3D illusions created by us within the framework of this event.
Awards
During the show, we used the variety of visual metaphors to reflect the values and history of the brand and also addressed to the rich philosophy and culture of China. We adhered to the classical dualism in the presentation: yin and yang, past and future, traditions and innovations.
The symbol of a new BYD model is a dragon: the car has the predatory headlight view, the severe plastic effect of the aperture panels and the trapezoidal radiator grille.
According to Chinese legends, the birth of the dragon is followed by the explosion of energy, the phenomena of destructive force and the acts of nature: the powerful meteoric showers, lightning and thunder. At the presentation, the audience witnessed the multimedia birth of the dragon and the appearance of a new BYD Tang.
Inspired by the intelligent DiLink system developed for the new model, we also reflected the story of human emotions and artificial intelligence interaction.
To highlight the architecture of the premises and create the illusion of volume, we placed the giant LED plate on the floor, added the diode belt and two screens. We also used 14 lasers and uncountable amount of lighting. The Blacktrax technology was also used, by which the visual effects changed depending on the vehicles’ positions. The show was performed in cooperation with Moscow team Zhee-Shee. The light and laser show — Gst.Moscow
