Ø is a large-scale pre-event for Outline, an annual event that brings together art and music enthusiasts ahead of the summer festival. On November 23, 2024, SILA SVETA, as a co-organizer of Outline and curator of the entire multimedia program, unveiled a unique stage design at ARMA — the Machine Learning installation. This project was created in collaboration with Panterra, UNIVERSE design, and LedPulse.

Machine Learning continued our exploration of artificial intelligence, first introduced through the Deus Ex Machina installation on Outline’s main stage in the summer of 2024. While that festival piece depicted a giant "living supercomputer" with shattered screens and roots embedded in concrete structures, the concept transformed at the Machine Learning installation. The focal point of the pre-event dance floor was the experiments with animated sculptures, which could be observed from any point in the space.

Six volumetric screens brought various images and dancing figures to life, their movements synchronized with the music, creating the feeling of a single pulsating organism. The content was designed for a 360-degree experience, with every detail of the setup meticulously crafted.

A standout act of the pre-event was a performance featuring a neuro helmet, which generated an audiovisual canvas in real time. Using environmental signals and the performer's barely perceptible brain impulses, the technology enabled a fresh perception of the surrounding space. The "brain activity donor" interacted with the audience, forming endless feedback loops that interconnected all elements of the performance.
“ARMA is a place where you can explore and experiment without limits. Every project here is a bold step toward new frontiers," noted Alexander Us, creative director and co-founder of SILA SVETA.
